Mac n cheese without cheese? Yes please. This vegan version is so rich, creamy and delicious, you could never guess it’s made without cheese. It’s oil-free too, to keep it light without sacrificing on the taste or texture.

 250 g Pasta of choice, dry
 1 cup Raw Cashews
 ½ cup Water
 1 Lemon, juiced
  cup Nutritional Yeast
 1 dash Apple Cider Vinegar
 3 Garlic Cloves
 1 tsp Salt
 ¼ tsp Turmeric
 ½ tsp Onion Powder

Cook pasta according to package instructions.

Blend all the remaining ingredients in a high-speed blender.
