Made with a cashew base and sweetened with dates, this sugar-free Vegan Choc Vanilla Mouse is incredibly is incredibly rich and delicious. Not only that, but they're super easy to make!

Sugar-free Vegan Chocolate Vanilla Mousse

 2 cups Natural Cashews
  cup Water
 ¾ cup Coconut Milkfull fat from a can, not light coconut milk
 5 Datessmall to medium sized
 2 tbsp Cocoa Powderor raw cacao powder

Blend all ingredients except cocoa powder in a high-speed blender.

Divide the mixture into two and add cocoa powder into one.

Place them in a jar, cover and chill for 30 minutes to 1 hour so let it firm up. Serve as is or with some coconut cream with a cherry on top.
