A colourful spin on a traditional South American recipe, this Chia Fresca with two flavour options will make for a great drink to refresh and replenish.

Vegan Chia Fresca (vegan energy drink)

Turkish Delight Chia Fresca
 1 cup + 2 tbsp Coconut Water
 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
 ½ tbsp Chia Seeds
 ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
 ½ tsp Rosewatermake sure it's edible, not just for skincare
 ½ tsp Dragonfruit Powderoption, for the pink colour
Blueberry Chia Fresca
 1 cup + 2 tbsp Coconut Water
 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
 ½ tbsp Chia Seeds
 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
 ½ tsp Blue Powderoptional, for the purple colour
 2 tbsp Blueberriesfresh or frozen

In a glass, add in the lemon juice and extracts and if using, the dragonfruit powder. Form it into a paste, then slowly mix in the remaining water. (This helps mix the powder in smoothly)

Add in the chia seeds and mix with a spoon. Set aside for 10-15 minutes for the chia seeds to soak up some water, making sure to stir it often.

Enjoy with a wedge of lime or lemon.
