I remember when I was a kid and tried an avocados for the first time. I don't think they were as popular at the time, at least back in Turkey, and they always looked exotic. I recall thinking at the time it was really gross, and that it tasted like nothing. Funny how tastes change, right? Now I'm obsessed with avocados.

I will admit nothing beats guacamole when it comes to avocado based dishes, but there's always room for more, right? This Spaghetti with Avocado Sauce is the very definition of comfort food for me. I love avocados paired with some lemon juice and adding some garlic and nutritional yeast really ups the flavour without much effort. I also used gluten-free pasta because I have a gluten sensitivity, if you couldn't tell with the amount of gluten-free and wheat-free recipes on the site. However, am I the only person who actually prefers gluten-free stuff flavour and texture-wise? I can't say I miss gluten all that much.

 2 Avocados
 3 Garlic Cloves
 Juice of 2 Lemons
 1 tsp Salt
 350 g PastaI used gluten-free

Cook pasta according to package instructions and drain the water.

Blend all the remaining ingredients in a blender.

Mix the sauce into the pasta and done. Enjoy!
